Wifey busted right ankle up real good, tripped and ended up with multiple broken bones and a dislocated ankle to boot.

Surgery is on for tonight 9ishPT or so.

Say one for our nation too.

I used a “Miracle Copper” sleeve on my elbow this winter when I nearly dislocated it. It worked pretty good as far as I’m concerned. They also have them for feet.

My wife broke her ankle this past August. She wasn’t able to put any weight on it for two months. She gets around pretty well now. Just have patience, and it will get better. You will find you’ll have a lot more to do for awhile!
