from the video, ATF was toting out 3 rifle/shotgun boxes and 10 boxes that look like new handgun carton.

So BATFE invades a citizen’s home & confiscates his property and there are no charges!? And this is in Texas?

Scary.....

The ATF is an out of control rogue agency just like the EPA. They are lawless themselves. My guess is the judge is probably a secessionist or something. Or he’s been ruling against them in court. Who knows. I always suspect everything they do.

In Texas, judges carry. I don’t know whether they are required to carry but I know that as soon as they are sworn in if they don’t already have a license, they have one then.

I intended to lose my guns in the lake but unfortunately the lake was filled up with guns.

My step dad didn’t carry from day one, but after a few rough trials, he started keeping a 357 magnum with him.

I’m pretty sure some of the judge’s in my county carry. They don’t go through security.

It makes a lot more sense when you realize that Texas is the Republican Party of the States: it’s all talk and “brand-name image” — not actual action.
