A mother who was allegedly on drugs was arrested Saturday night after passing out at the Taco Bell drive-thru window.
Amber Ford, 33, of New Castle is charged with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and one count of public intoxication.

This may be the Taco Bell where the kid was arrested the other day for leaving a backpack meth lab in the Muncie (IN) Wal-Mart men’s room.
