I have noticed that there seems to be more and more posters on FR that have accounts from the 1990's or early 2000's, that are posting a lot more frequently.
I can't be the only one that has noticed this.
Maybe it was Ted Cruz, I don't know, but I'd like to know that I'm not alone here.
And, BTW I recently had this long debate about the whole Dan Rather thing and who should get credit.
You where one that contributed in a big way and sadly there are people out there that don’t get what FreeRepublic is capable of.

My observation.
There are a lot of Freepers coming out of the woodwork lately.

Stop blaming honest Freepers and decent conservative voters for Romney's loss. He earned that loss all by himself, by being the liberal fraud that he is.
I hate to burst your bubble, but there are still people in this country who judge a man by his character, or lack thereof. Romney was (and is) lacking character and a conservative core, so yes, he was outright rejected by many who couldn't bring themselves to vote for a man who was too similar to any garden variety Democratic in his record and views.
This place has been pretty despondent recently. There is some hope for change now.

Ooops. Blame it on my youth. I’ll be 76 soon, so I had a senior moment. Looking back, I guess at that time it was Drudge who was kooler than whitewall tires. In the early days of Drudge, he really did kick butt. His site is no longer on the cutting edge. I can’t remember the last time Drudge had a scoop on anything, or when I even stopped and looked at his stuff. Thank God for FR.
There was an earlier version of a board about Whitewater that FR evolved into if I remember correctly.
I wasn’t around then but I have an aunt that was and joined FR fairly early. I just lurked occasionally in 98-99.

Have you ever bothered to read up on Mitt Romney's record as Governor? If you had, then you'd know that there's maybe only about a dime's worth of difference between him and Obama.

You're an idiot if you think conservative voters are to blame for Obama's second term. No, the blame and shame rightfully belongs at the feet of the establishment GOP, the open borders mega-donors, and Mitt himself. They're the ones who delivered Obama's win - not us.
