Text of the 10th Amendment:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
A) The Constitution obviously does not delegate the power to regulate license plates to the federal government.
B) The states certainly did not delegate the power to regulate license plates to the federal government.
Conclusion: That power is reserved to the individual states; the Supreme Court has no say in the matter.

It’s ok to hate an a flag of historical significance to our country, but any utterance of negativity towards the f*g flag and you’re labeled a homophobe.
The case is about Free Speech...not the Flag itself<people should win. No good reason NOT to have the Flag on the plates.
Perhaps there's a little bit of First Amendment and Tenth Amendment aspects to this case.

IMO, the State of Texas has the right to choose which plates it will offer, and which it will not.
The Federal government, including Federal Courts, should have no say in the matter.

What gives the state of Texas the right to walk all over the First Amendment and what other speech can they suppress? The state opened the door when they decided to offer vanity plates and set the standards for qualifying for an individualized design. If the SCV met those standards then the state should not be able to deny them their plate just because they don't like the message or the messenger.
