COLLEGE HILL, OH - A College Hill, Ohio woman is accused of beheading her infant daughter, a source close to the investigation told WCPO.

Deasia Watkins, 20, is charged with aggravated murder in connection with the death of her 3-month-old girl, according to police.

Her defense might include this, from the President of the United States:

Two or three minutes, or hours, or days, weeks, months? What difference doe it make?
