The only person who can file a meaningful complaint here is the poor victim. She's probably hoping that if she stays quiet, the whole thing will die down, and the bullies will move on to target someone else. That's probably a correct assumption.
But if she files a complaint, she'll be attacked over and over again, at school and in the neighborhood.
Tell me again how much White people have to learn...

The best way to fight terror is WITH greater terror. If I were her, I probably would retaliate with something that is cheap and easy to obtain, such as gasoline and matches.
Make an example out of a few of those thugs (e.g. a few thugs are turned into screaming torches, the rest of the cowards would scatter like cockroaches)

I was born in Brooklyn during a better time, but even then you had people of the projects.
Having grown up in an urban setting with plenty of “negroes” as my friends (in the sports field), I ^lernt^ the following:
When confronted by a crowd, “pick your target and freeze it”. What is this Alinsky-inspired talk? Well, here is how my ^one-and-only^ conflict went down in 1972:
I was confronted by a fellow student who considered me as someone who needed an “initiation” into the local “high-school culture”.
I begged to differ and, when being grabbed by my clothing in an effort to follow-along, I summarily grabbed the young man’s afro and, at velocity, introduced him to the nearest brick wall in the school.
Others, who knew me from the sports field just watched and (in undertones) indicated that I was “crazy-cracker” enough to be avoided.
I taught my children the same.
Extremely violent and savage best describes these people.
Like watching some brutal prison beating in some 3rd world backwater country.
When I moved to Richmond VA, I learned quickly how to deal with Black students. They always come at you in groups. Punch the first in the throat or the groin and mace the rest. I carried mace with me every day of school, no matter what the weapons policies were. Didn’t care then don’t care now.
I spent years writing papers about the black on white racism and intimidation i experienced. My liberal teachers didn’t know how to handle it and often gave me A’s and moved on. Im glad I moved out of there because I was on my way to becoming a Storefront member due to the racial animus and intimidation I felt on a daily basis. All of the white students felt it and hated the blacks for their arrogance and aggression. We just wanted to go to school and go home. We didn’t show up every day with something to prove.
Well, I gotta tell you, as an urban high school teacher who has seen many black girls fights, it would be crazy for one or two people to attempt to break something like that up.
Those girls were in a frenzy. If anyone intervened, the girls would turn on the peacemaker. I've seen that many times.
So then the peacemaker has a choice: start throwing hard punches, or get involved in a squalid wrestling match. And you start throwing punches, guess who's going to jail. And if you don't, you risk serious injury. Because you'll lose that fight.
The only way civilians can break up such a fight is by a coordinated action, where the peacemakers outnumber the fighters. And that's tough to do in the shock of the moment.
Of, course, if the child being beating is your own, all bets are off.
The difficult part was ^always^ that the urban-youths were protected while us crackers were “expendable”.
I was suspended for violence while those that precipitated the action were coddled.
That is the lesson..

Pepper spray works too. I’ve heard of teachers using it for the purpose of breaking something like that up and the union backing the play. Admin backs it too.
In the end it shuts everyone down and it wears off in a few hours.
The best thing about it is that nobody turns on you, because they don’t want a dose themselves.

Gangs of blacks hunting down a single white person (although this victim looked black), beat them down, steal everything from their pockets as they laugh and cackle like a bunch of hyenas.
Grab one attacker and break an arm or leg; smack their face on the nearest wall.
Show them that their actions are not without consequence.

Spot on you can’t remove the jungle from some folks no matter where you place them.
It sure does. But in my school district (large and urban, the worst of both worlds), any teacher caught having pepper spay, not alone using it, would be instantly fired.
The union would do nothing, because all they care about is money. Discipline and teacher safety are not their concerns.
