WOW! Way to stay on topic, couldn't you find a way to fit Apple, Microsoft or Pit Bulls in?
Funny I was just thinking about breaking down and getting a debit card because I write so many checks. Maybe not.
Thank you for your concern! My latest treatment was yesterday and I feel HORRIBLE today. But not worked up. weak smile.
Oh my gosh! That’s so clever and profound, and I certainly never thought of it! thanks
I get disability AND military retirement (husband’s) I have no choice. I wish I did.
I LUV what you say on your profile page, so right. So very, very right.

Sorry that you’re feeling poorly today. Maybe go watch some film comedies on DVD or cable if you’re so inclined and rest on the sofa ? Might help to take your mind off things.
My CU says it’s up to the merchant’s bank to decide whether to see the balance. OG definitely saw the balance in my account. So not only did I feel stupid for pulling out the wrong card, I felt like a deadbeat (which I’m not) for trying to use a card with virtually nothing in the account and that poor manager gave me a pass. (thank You God)
ditto - only at the ATM
I have a hyperbaric appt today, in fact, I have to leave now. All I want to do is crawl back into bed, but I can sleep in the hyperbaric chamber. sigh. I’ll be home by 4 and i can watch someone fun then. :)
I’m still here. Can you tell I don’t want to go today??????? haha
Well, then... enjoy your nap in the chamber. :-P
Cash is king.
And you’re lucky you can have lunch right after chemo. My activities after chemo basically consisted of alternately lying in bed and puking.

Use credit cards for every transaction that you don't use cash or a check, but be able to pay off your balance. Better yet, use a credit card that gives you something back like airline miles, or amazon credit, etc.
That was me (nauseated, not so much throwing up) last cycle (three weeks ago) I just got so sick! But I must say, chemo has changed, advanced, if I may say. And so have the meds for nausea. I actually rarely get nauseated. And even rarer to actually toss my cookies. This is my second chemo in two years. Last time I got nauseated and sick exactly one day. This time, different meds, it’s been a little more frequent, but not that much. Plus I typically feel worse the next day rather than the day of. And every other day.
I did!
Feeling any better after your nap ?
I had anti-nausea meds. They just didn’t work. Also, I was allergic to one of them.
