The blanks? Venezuela needs oil above $110 per brl to “break even” on its spending. With oil around $50, he is running out of money and if oil stays this low, he’s going to be unemployed.
Probably a good move. Citizens of all the world pay $110 to get an INTERVIEW for a tourist visa that lasts 8 seconds, about 75% are declined visas to come to the USA. Venezuela is absolutely justified in now asking Americans to pay an equal amount to visit their country. GREAT. And I applaud a small country that can stand up to any country who has in the passed meddled, set up governments....if it were Cuba, Russia or the CIA . I wish them well, and hope that they live long and prosper.
