NEW YORK – Did President Obama just set up Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson to be a candidate for impeachment instead of himself if conservatives convince the Republican majorities in the House and the Senate that his “executive actions” on immigration are unconstitutional?
The inquiry begins with the question: Where are the executive orders Obama supposedly signed to permit up to 5 million parents of young illegal aliens to remain in the United States for three years?
The White House appears to have engaged in administrative sleight of hand, changing U.S. immigration law not by executive order but by a memorandum “exercising prosecutorial discretion” Johnson signed the day of Obama’s Nov. 20 nationwide address that so far has not been filed in the Federal Register.
Tom Fitton, president of Washington-based watchdog institution Judicial Watch, told WND in an interview the legal status of Johnson’s memo is a serious constitutional question that deserves to be adjudicated.

Old news.... this was reported the week he signed the “memo” on TV that everyone thought was an executive order but was never registered.
Congress doesn’t give rats ass anyway. They’re just as bad as he is.
A handful of private organizations (e.g., True-the-Vote, Judicial Watch), a handful of state governments (e.g., Texas) and a handful of constitutional conservative judges are all that are standing in the way of the Obama Regime’s attempts to impose tyranny in America.
And its ONLY because of these fighters that we still remain relatively free.
Obama thinks Republicans are fools, and he may be right. Time will tell. The fact that Jeh Johnson has been set up, I’m certain agreed to be set up in this charade to make Republicans create their own bad press, as well set illegal immigration precedence is well known to those paying attention, but as usual their target is the LIV’s which are by the millions in this country.
Never has citizenship or benefits followed from the child to the parents.

I agree it is “old news,” but not to people who were not paying attention until now.
I also agree that if THIS Congress does nothing, they are complicit in the scheme and for this reason just as bad as he is.
In case you haven't been paying attention, the Administration works like this:
One day they'll declare that they have the power to do something that appears to be an abuse of power, blatantly unconstitutional and way outside of the boundaries set up by the Framers. This could be a power Obama is trying to usurp for himself, or one delegated to the IRS, the EPA, or - more recently - the FCC. (net neutrality)
After giving the castrated Republicans a few days to go back to sleep, while the MSM trots out experts saying 'Yep -- they can do that!', they go ahead and do it.

It really fried me to hear when he said you can’t separate the mother from the baby by sending her back to wherever....(after he has made sure the baby had every opportunity to be born here) He has NO problem with tearing American babies from the mothers wombs with knives and poison and then leaving them to die if they somehow survive this.
He is absolute evil - him and his fellow communists. It’s too obvious that he is stacking the deck.
I am beginning to suspect that many of Obama’s former cabinet members were more than willing to allow Obama to use them to impose his radical leftist agenda.....and after they got caught doing things that were inappropriately questionable and were publicly exposed, they “resigned.” Case in point Kathleen Sebeleus.
That is why I agree with you that if Jeh Johnson was set up, it was because he agreed to be set up......knowing that when the doody hit the fan, none of it would stick to him.
I have been paying attention, and you may very well be right because I often think like you do. I just keep hoping that the Republicans may yet step up to the plate and prove us both wrong.
If not, then before too long, America may no longer be America. A will no longer be A.
