‘Democratic Union for French Muslims’ set to Contest Elections in France

A Muslim political party will be contesting seats at next month’s regional elections in France, standing on a platform which includes promises to expand the halal industry and allow girls to wear the burqa. Critics have called the Democratic Union for French Muslims a “catastrophe”, claiming that it flies in the face of France’s secular history, but it’s founder insists that his party promotes religious tolerance.

10 percent of the French population is Muslim, giving the party a potential support base of around 6 million voters. “Muslims don’t feel well served by any of the traditional parties,” the party’s founder, Nagib Azergui, a 38 year old technology consultant, told the Sunday Times.

Yet Azergui has admitted that, following the attack by Islamists on the offices of Charlie Hebdo in January and a recent copycat attack in Copenhagen, support has been hard to come by. “Some of our candidates decided to withdraw — they were afraid for their families,” he said, adding that some financial backers had also decided to pull out. “I knew things would be complicated. But I had no idea we’d be so stigmatised.”

The girls would have to want to be dominated and humiliated.

This will be an excellent lesson for everybody, NOT just the French. Hopefully they will wake up soon.

No nation should allow this terrorist cult to become 10% of its population.

Since that 10% of the population votes 93% for the socialists this could be a huge advantage for the conservative parties if they win most of the Muslim vote.

This is because their idea of “tolerance” is: do what we tell you and maybe we’ll let you live. This is a similar view that liberals in WI have towards us.

What I don’t get is that I’ve always heard that the French will not have their traditions, customs or language diminished by other culture’s~~like the American.
But they put up with these savages that WILL destroy them???

It's called the western plague of political correctness and the lie that all cultures are the same.

It's also called madness.

Belgium is where the European civil war will break out first, but France is where it will be at its most brutal.

They are like locust and should be delt with as such. Any country that allows a blight of Muslims to their country and does not act swiftly to eradicate them is doomed. Britain is lost, France and Germany seem to just now recognized their dilemma but may be too late. Where does the U.S. fall? I think we too are just now figuring out what has to be done. I just hope we are quick to act so we don’t end up like Brittian.

Being conquered without a shot fired, and they're calling it political Correctness now.
I wonder what that country will look like under 30% occupation in about 20-years.
On second thought, I don't need to wonder.

“No nation should allow this terrorist cult to become 10% of its population.”

The United States is being flooded with muslim “refugees” from Syria, Somalia and other hell-holes, while our colleges are filled with wealthy students from Arab countries. I believe the goal is to hit that magic 30 million mark before Obama leaves office. There won’t need to be a separate Islamic political party though, the Democrats already have that covered.

Oh, that's funny. It least we can say that the founder has a dry sense of humor.

Another reason to be thankful we don’t have a proportional representative system.

Yes and no. Since most governments in Europe end up being coalition governments the muslims would still align with the leftists but they would demand concessions.

New Islamic US political party:

The USMCO is the US Muslim Council of Organizations, formed in March of 2014 in Chicago. Here is a link dealing with its formation and purpose:

https://www.centerforsecuritypolicy.org/2014/05/19/genesis-of-the-us-council-of-muslim-organizations-muslim-brotherhood-political-party/

Excerpt:

“In April 2011, Project Mobilize successfully fielded its first candidatesfor political office: Asif Yusuf was elected as Oakbrook Village trustee; Ahmed Aduib was elected to the Bridgeview library board; Nuha Hasan was elected as a Village of Justice park district commissioner. Four years earlier in 2007, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs sponsored a study about political and civic participation, which included the Muslim American community. Project Mobilize stated that “among the top three recommendations of this diverse task force was to increase the civic participation of the Muslim American population beyond its current scope. This principle mirrors the fundamental objective of Project M and its three-pronged mission.”

In the Project Mobilize website section “Why Us? Why Now?” it is clear that Project Mobilize was the genesis for the formation of the USCMO: “There is political talent in the Muslim American community that needs only direction and resources in order to gain substantive footing.” Project Mobilize leadership intended for itself to be a catalyst for political action: “The long and extensive history of mobilization by several local Muslim-membered organizations has adequately laid the foundation for more strategic and consistent organizing efforts in the future.”

In President Barack Obama’s first term, the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States began to experience a political climate more conducive to their advancement of “Phases of the World Underground Movement Plan” in accordance with the framework articulated by influential Muslim Brotherhood theologian Sayyid Qutb in his book Milestones. Project Mobilize affirmed this reality on their website: “And finally, the political climate is ripe for an organization that will pave the way for concentrated advocacy efforts in the name of the Muslim American community.” The Project Mobilize leadership tactically positioned itself looking long term with the eventual formation of the USCMO coming to fruition in March 2014.

As the 2016 presidential election cycle heats up, the USCMO initiative to fortify Muslim citizenship rights “by conducting a census of American Muslims to create a database that will be used to enhance civic and political participation in upcoming elections,” shows all the outward signs that the Muslim Brotherhood actively is working to create the equivalent of the Republican Party’s GOP Data Center, formerly known as Voter Vault.”

Yes but most of those seats if they are won will come from Socialist areas and in other more
marginal areas the loss of Muslim votes will swing seats away from Socialists.

Actually I stand corrected...

France is different from most european countries - it doesn’t have a parliamentary form of government. They have a “strong president” type of government, more like ours. The president is elected by a majority of popular votes and he then appoints a prime minister.

Given that, the level of influence the muslim party would have over who becomes president will be limited to...

1. voting with the socialists
2. voting for the more conservative party
3. abstain

My guess is that they’ll side with the socialists

Though they will get some seats in the parliament. And probably in another 20-30years they mat be able to contend for the presidency
