Freeper Lefty-Lie-Spy here in Japan walks a good 10 to 15 kilometers from central Tokyo to Chofu, or wherever else his feet take him. Some people just like to walk. I used to do four to six kilometers every day just to settle my stomach.
I’m not saying this guy will never use his car, but once your body gets used to walking it does become habit forming.
64 isn’t “elderly,” either. Happy birthday this month!
