Does Ezekiel 38 say that all of these things are going to occur early in the 21st century?
No. No one knows the day or the hour. However when we see the stars align, we can guess that it is close. That is how a few people knew that Jesus was coming soon the first time (Magi from Babylon, Simeon, Anna, Mary, Joseph, Zechariah, Elizabeth, even Herod’s Jewish councilors.)
