On Friday, Mark Levin responded to conservative backlash over his continued support for La Raza operative Marco Rubio…

There are individuals who do ask to come on this program, and some of you get angry when I have them on– ‘oh, you’re a sellout’– just for having the individual on the program!

I’m going to have Marco Rubio on this program…I get sick and tired of people who suggest that somehow you’re a ‘sellout’ because you bring these people on the program. No, I’m not. And I won’t be intimidated.

The late John Lofton used to have a show called "It's only politics". Lofton was hardcore Conservative. One night Lofton had James Carville on his show and James had just released his book. Lofton ripped into Carville with questions about his book and Carville couldn't answer him LOL. Lofton would question Carville and say "you did write the book didn't you James?" LOL. Carville was 100% subdued, at a loss for words and obviously very uncomfortable. BTW this was done on a Conservative network overseen by Paul Weyrich.

Conservative media needs to take on Liberals at full speed and debate them openly. That includes taking on Liberal Republicans as well. As long as Levin didn't softball the interview and let Rubio push his agenda without being countered I see no harm. I don't listen to Talk Radio so I don't know how Levin handled it.

What burns me up is the pretend to be Conservative Voices who are allowed to go unchallenged for Liberal spewage. If a person watched FOX News they would be lead to think McCain and Rove are the Conservative voice. FOX News needs a real Conservative to counter them each time they come on the air.
