Las Vegas, Nevada - One thing you you’re sure to find at every SHOT Show is something new. A new trigger, new barrel, or new gun to set the shooting world on fire. Or, in the case of the National Rifle Association, a new bike.

Designed by the world class production crew over at Orange County Choppers, the NRA debuted an OCC-styled Pro Street bike with bullet-like appearance adorned in a matte gunmetal and black paint job on SHOT Show 2015’s opening day . Donated by Century Arms, the bike is adorned with the NRA seal, Century Arms emblem, and features design elements from the AK-style rifles Century Arms is known for.

Are any of those OCC bikes actually rideable?

Only if you're an orangutan.

Just clicked through to get a look at this bike, and I must say, it’s pretty tastefully done. It’s not nearly as cartoonish as past bikes they’ve done.

That is a nice looking bike. BTW, can you believe I could not go to this site ay work because “guns” or something like that was in the something? So I thought I’d try the LBGTFdUp web site, and I could get there.

Wait. 26 posts and no derogatory “murdercycle” or “organ donor” comments yet? Is this the Free Republic?

Looks like a large bore S&S evo with shorty carb, probably a G.

The right side final drive is cool. Fine bike, most likely lots of torque on the bottom.

I don't remember OCC building but a few bikes with ape hangers. Mostly Paul Sr's side projects, as I recall.

What made their bikes look cartoonish, was all the bric-a-brac and doodads that Paul Jr used to hang off them. It was cool for a hot minute when they first got going, but it got old fast.

Paul Jr's design sense seems to have matured and mellowed. I think the bike at the link shows that.

I spoke too quickly. The NRA bike wasn’t made by Paul Jr. Jason Pohl was the designer.

Good to see the NRA is buying bicycles to show to gun enthusiasts.

Not those kinds of bikes.

One may custom order a bike with any accessories they wish.
