But the NFL provides one of the best health insurance plans in America with tiny deductibles and millions in payouts

Some Obamacare plans have family deductibles as high as $12,700, causing some policyholders to avoid treatment and stay sick

Sherman has a four-year $56 million contract, while Wilson earns a paltry $2.4 million but is expected to sign a $100 million deal in the off-season

Two Seattle Seahawks mega-stars are flacking for Obamacare, but they won't need government-brokered medical insurance themselves – the NFL already provides one of America's best plans to its millionaire players, free of charge.

Quarterback Russell Simmons and cornerback Richard Sherman appear in a Department of Health and Human Services video released online on Friday, urging Americans to visit HealthCare.gov and shop for coverage before the February 15 open-enrollment deadline.

So, only poor people without health care can do promotion spots for Healthcare.gov?

They are promoting tyranny. Plain and simple.

Regardless what misguided activist justices want everbody to think about the constitutionality of Obamacare, the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for intrastate healthcare purposes.

So if low-information Seattle Seahawks mega-stars want everybody to sign up for Obamacare then they need to do the following. They need to work with state and federal lawmakers to propose a healthcare amendment to the Constitution to the states. And if the states choose to ratify their amendment then the feds will have the constitutional authority that they need to establish Obamacare and the Seattle Seahawks mega-stars will be heroes.

If you’re a multimmionare being able to make your monthly Obamacare payments is no problem unless your monthly premium was proportional to your income and you had to pay $250 - 500,000 which is how it feels to us nobodies out here. If that were the case he’d shut his mouth. You know the government loves money so much maybe we should give them a new idea and make the celebrities who have the big bucks pay according to their income. Does the NFL Players Association have a program teaching players on how to save and invest their money? If not, why not?

This is what happens, in too many cases, when you hire semi-literates to play professional sports. Someone needs to give them good advise instead of feasting off of them.
