I can't say that the back story would justify such behavior, but I have little doubt there is a motivation for it.

You can imagine a scenario where such behavior would not result in banishment from policing forever? If a juris dictions defense attorneys are worth anything, he would be worthless as a witness in any court.
When I was in the hospital 2 years ago there was a room down the hall that had an inmate as an in-patient.
There was a cop outside the door the entire time——and I was very pleased about that.

I don't know if humor is the best idea on a subject like this, but I seriously doubt the officer had time to hear him say anything. According to the story he just walked up and started choking and beating the man.

SunkenCiv often posts lists like this on the threads where he tries to list various LINKS that relate to the SAME incident, but are from various sources. It comes in handy when trying to get as much info on a subject before coming to a conclusion.
