Cruz, Lee, Sessions + 2 more Defections to Independent......
Gang of 3 = 51 votes, Mitch remains Leader...barely
Gang of 4 = Biden as Tie Breaker
Gang of 5 = Mitchy-Poo and the GOPe are benched
The possibilities with the way the math and the power balance would stack up are mind-boggling....in a good way...

Yes..it would create a ‘Sword of Damocles’ for the GOPe...and frankly...I can’t believe I am saying this, but they would be free to join with the Elizabeth Warren wing, where interests overlap, in regard to opposition to the GOPe agenda.

There were Blue Dog Democrats who successfully steered the Senate. No one complained.
There was a recent Gang of 8. No one complained.
Why not a Tea Party 12, 13, whatever? Who would complain?
There are enough Tea Party Republicans now in both the House and Senate whereby their votes would be required to pass bills. The CR could have been the opening shot in this upcoming battle.
27 Tea Party House members and 5 Tea Party Senate members could do a pretty good of controlling Congress. They could keep both Boehner and McConnell locked up.

Sarah was right, it will take a couple of cycles. We will purge these Statist either by the ballot box or their geriatric state getting them one day closer to leaving this earthly plane, and in some cases it will occur in office because they do not have the good sense to retire while they still had their health.
Ted needs 28 Senators to control the Republican side. Would McConnell be replaced by one of the 28?
This may explain why the RINOs teamed with Obama and Reid to take the power of the purse off the table next year.

The GOPe has made it clear that it’s as big an enemy of the American people as the Democrats, it’s just better at lying to us about it. We don’t need a third party, we need a second one to counter the duopoly of evil that now dominates American political life.
