The suspect is accused of confronting a cashier at a Unocal service station located in the 12000 block of Seal Beach Boulevard shortly before noon Friday.

The cashier was able to gain control of the pistol and the suspect ran into a Los Alamitos neighborhood, Sgt. Gonshak said

I live in the general neighborhood and the majority of the area is White with some Asians. However most of the crime is by Blacks coming into the area from surrounding areas. So the likely hood of this person being black is relatively high.
