Is daughter entitlement to keep weapon if legal owner cannot be located? Is there any point calling to make this request of local police department? Will they tell her if the weapon was used in a crime?
Daddy sure could use a .45 Glock to go with his 9mm Glock for Christmes!

Now, how many of those reasons don’t involve something illegal?

The only way it would be valuable to the cops would be if it was used in a crime and still had some fingerprints on it.

What concerns me more than the finding of of thrown away firearm is that you reside where such occurrence happens....
My little rural town has installed a second stop light-I’m feeling the urge to move to a less-densely populated area...
