The potential for long term effects and the possibility for Ebola to morph into something even worse as a result of a quickly tested vaccine would be a concern, I'd think.

Wisdom would have been to isolate Ebola and those who were exposed to it and deal with a cure there. (but I know nothing)

After 26 years of being required to get lots of shots I will no longer participate in the vaccination party.

I retired from the military over a year ago and haven’t had a shot since. I also haven’t been sick except for one time. And that only lasted three days.

These viruses and bacteria mutate often and I’d rather build up my natural immune system through proper diet and exercise than get poked every so often.

And being sick every year I was forced to get the flu shot...

Thanks. My daughter doesn’t want to get her son vaccinated for certain things as she has read a lot about these vaccines. The school tells her it is a must or he can’t attend. She defeated their reasoning with the following:

“If all the other kids are vaccinated then they won’t catch anything from mine.”

They gave up after that and had her sign some form stating her reasons for not doing it.

My best friend is an attorney. She says the school cannot make you vaccinate your kids as long as you say its agains’t your religion. If you say that they cannot even question you about what religion you are etc. She has been doing it for years to avoid vaccines for her two kids she thinks are unnecessary.

If people are falsely claiming religious exemptions to avoid having their kids vaccinated, they should be required to produce supporting documentation from their place of worship, typed on letterhead paper, signed, with contact information.

It should not be that easy to endanger everyone’s children by refusing to have yours vaccinated.

Whooping cough is already causing localized outbreaks and killing babies, and there have been several measles outbreaks, all because selfish anti-vaxxers refuse to have their kids vaccinated. Anti-vaxxers could very easily cause a resurgence of polio.

The diseases that vaccines prevent are killers. Infectious disease used to be the number one killer before childhood vaccines were invented. I have absolutely nothing but contempt for those who want to bring back those diseases.
