Authorities are formally investigating whether Michael Brown's stepfather intended to incite a riot last week when he urged a crowd in Ferguson, Missouri, to "Burn this bitch down" after the grand jury's decision was announced, the city's police chief said Tuesday.
No charges have been filed against Louis Head in the incident, but police have interviewed people who know Head and who were with him November 24, the day a prosecutor announced that Officer Darren Wilson (who has since resigned) would not be indicted in the August 9 shooting of Michael Brown, Police Chief Tom Jackson said.
Shortly after St. Louis County prosecuting attorney Robert McCulloch's announcement, Head stood above a crowd of demonstrators -- some of them shouting "F--- the police!" -- and yelled, "Burn this motherf---er down!" and "Burn this bitch down!"

I saw a picture of bloods and crips standing side by side in Ferguson to prevent a particular building from being looted. Everybody else thought, awww, that’s so special, bitter enemies setting aside their differences for a good cause. I thought to myself, that must be united gang HQ in there. You bet they wanted this riot. there’s lots of business opportunities for an enterprising street gang during a riot like that.
They wanna say, sell & take whatever they want, beat & kill whomever they want.
Our president is one of those who rejects limits on his own behavior while dictating your's and mine.
Are we now so intimidated by the racism charge that we will allow it?
the prosecutor should turn the matter over to the grand jury, giving them all the evidence and let them decide.

INVESTIGATING???? How much more evidence do they need, there is proof beyond any reasonable that he was inciting a riot. He should have busted as soon as the video was verified, but as usual the political whores have handcuffed the cops.
