Outgoing U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder stated after the grand jury decision announcement that regardless of their findings, his independent investigation of Officer Darren Wilson was not over and would continue. ...

I was a little disturbed to see in certain place people question why I was here. And my answer to that would be, ‘Why would I be any place other than right here, right now?’

But when it comes to police shooting unarmed civilians, is it really that uncommon? A New York Times piece in 2011 posed the question...

No adjudication took place because there was just a hearing, not a trial finding facts.

True; but does that mean that he was never placed in that jeopardy? After all, the Grand Jury's place is to (a) see if the charge fits/has-merit [indictment], or (b) bring charges themselves [presentment].

Murder is still a capital offense, therefore the Fifth Amendment's restrictions on prosecution are in place; moreover, as the charge was dismissed at the initial stages, to draw up new charges based on the same actions is precisely the meaning of subject[ing one] for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy, and lastly, this re-drawing up of charges/grand-jury-shopping is exactly bypassing due process of law (that is to say, it's merely giving the appearance of complying w/ the strictures, while in actuality ignoring them).

Holder and obama sent 2,000 automatic weapons to drug cartels in Mexico. The death toll is at least 400 men, women and 16 school children and a American border patrol agent.

I wish the DOJ would take their garbage out. It’s really starting to stink.

As anxious as I am to see Obama gone, I’m more anxious to see this racist out the door and out of America’s daily life!

The only charge the feds can investigate is federal civil rights charges. The Supreme Court held a long time ago that does not violate the Double Jeopardy Clause. That said, the burden of proof in those cases is even higher than what the Grand Jury was dealing with. So, this statement is just to appease his race-hustler posse. Just like the Zimmerman investigation they promised.

Not a problem for them - they are willing to waste millions if it allows them to harass an innocent citizen who committed the fatal error of defending himself from a feral Black thug...the sad thing is that We the People pay for such harassment.

Giving Obama a second term will go down as one of the biggest failures of our generation.

Most lawyers consider obtaining an indictment a prosecutor knows won’t result in a conviction to be unethical. Doesn’t mean it won’t happen.

Liberal Black Detroit Police Chief on Ferguson: “No Black Outcry When Black Cops Kill Blacks”
By Debbie Schlussel

Yesterday, Black Detroit Police Chief James Craig told CNN that Blacks show no outrage when Black police officers shoot and kill fellow Blacks. He made the comments in connection with the ongoing protests over the grand jury’s non-indictment of former Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. His comments aren’t news to you or me, but when a Black public figure–especially Detroit’s Police Chief–has the guts to point that out in this era of racial group-think, it’s a good thing.

There also isn’t any outrage about black on black civilian violence which a hell of a lot more likely to result in a young black many’s death than being shot by a white police officer.
