Testimony is evidence.
Have you read the testimony? You couldn’t convict anybody based on those statements.
The basic story is:
1) I was with Bill Cosby in his hotel room.
2) I had a drink
3) I asked for and got a pill from Bill Cosby.
4) I woke up the next morning.
5) I don’t remember anything that happened from that night to the morning.
Get a rape kit.
Get a drug test.
Then we can talk.
But evidence? Not really.
All most of these witnesses have done is damage their own reputations and credibility.
