Mateo Guzman-Palacios, 32

Mateo Guzman-Placios, 32, a previously deported illegal alien living in North Carolina, has been arrested in the death of Naomi Mercury, 18, of Wake Forest. Guzman-Placios is charged with two counts of misdemeanor death, two counts of felony hit-and-run, driving with a suspended license and failing to stop at a red light.

Mercury and another Wake Technical school student were killed after Guzman-Palacios allegedly ran a red light in Raleigh and hit a vehicle in which Mercury and several other people were passengers. Guzman-Palacios is alleged to have left the scene of the accident. Guzman-Palacios was later captured by police.

Prosecutors allege that Guzman-Palacios has a history of driving impaired and was once deported in 2011. Guzman-Palacios claimed he has no money and will be defended by a public defender. A hearing is set for November 24, 2014.

OJJPAC note: Why was Guzman-Palcios given a drivers license in the first place? And if he had a history of driving infractions, was was he not arrested and charged with felony re-entry to the U.S. prior to the death of these women?

happened in the next town just a few years ago- mother and daughter killed by a drunken illegal as they were leaving ballet class. I remember my father in law, a legal Italian immigrant, saying “it should be open season on that guys family”...

When people heard about the deaths of Kayla and Lori Donohue that occurred on Monday, first they grieved, as they still do. And then, almost reflexively, they wondered. Specifically, they wondered about the surname of the driver.

When the State Police identified him as Conses Garcia Zacarias, a 35-year-old illegal immigrant from Guatemala, and he was charged with felony vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated, you could almost feel the current of anger like a jolt of electricity.

“I volunteer to feed this piece of garbage into a wood chipper alive with his hands taped to his ankles,” went one of the hundreds of white-hot posts on the message board of The Journal News. “These animals must be dealt with. If the government does not do something, someone will.””

What President Barack Obama is doing right now is paying a debt to the Latino community, and honestly, it’s an important victory for the Latino community.

Ramos went on to say that the President must do more, and was still leaving out 6 million undocumented aliens that need help. Asked whether Obama had kept his promise, Ramos stated:

Well, not exactly. What President Barack Obama promised during 2008 was to present during his first year in office immigration reform. And that would have applied to the 11 million undocumented immigrants in this country....He’s going to benefit more than 4 million people in this country, the undocumented parents of US citizens and legal residents. However, that would not include another 6 to 7 million undocumented immigrants in this country.

Will their ambition be satisfied with the establishment of Aztlan - an independent Chicano state covering all the United States Southwest?

The number is huge but you can’t get that number from the feds.

Who needs them? 120,475 killed by illegals since September 11, 2001. (25 Americans killed daily per Congressman Steve King x 4,819 days since 9/11/2001 = 120,475.
