I am a government contractor at one of my jobs I met a guy in his forties, he was a janitor. He spoke little English but was a nice guy. Somebody that spoke Spanish told me he was a police chief in El Salvador and left came to the USA to be a janitor.

That could work but we can’t afford to just give them welfare. There are people willing to work and lots of natural resources. Would have to kill off the corruption and drug cartels.
