Obama has met with the Ferguson 'activists' to ensure that they will protest the grand jury's decision. He knows that the protests will quickly become a lootfest and that violence will ensue, thus drawing the attention of the media away from his immigration pronouncement.

On a national scale, the importance of any riots in Ferguson pale in comparison to his ruinous and illegal act of granting amnesty.

There is no such thing as a smart fair juror. During the voir dire process of selecting actual jurors, the lawyers and the judge question the jury pool to determine who is eligible for the final jury. Lawyers don't want smart people on their juries who can think for themselves. They want sheeple who are easily swayed and can be manipulated with their arguments. They use their allowed number of preemptory challenges to get rid of the ones who may throw a wrench into the gear works.

I know this from years of being called for jury duty and being sent home after answering the lawyer's preemptory challenge questions too honestly. Never one to hold my tongue, I was once asked by a defense attorney who was representing a defendant charged with domestic violence for beating his wife, if I had any problem with objectively deciding a domestic violence case. I hesitated and looked around the room wondering why the women hadn't answered in the affirmative, then finally answered, "Not only yes, but hell yes".

It’s important to acknowledge that President Obama could defuse the Ferguson situation with a single public statement if he so chose. But the bastard doesn’t so choose.

That is probably true, but I think it is true for Ferguson only. Here in the South, I’ve noticed that blacks have a network system and I think it is through the churches. They probably knew the inside information before the grand jury did.
