Agreed. The lame duck session of Congress can meet right up until January 2nd. I think Harry Reid will force this through before the new Congress takes office. Remember too, Harry got rid of the filibuster for presidential nominees, so just a quick 51 vote margin is all that is needed. No need for hearings to take place or anything else to happen to vet this nominee. It will all happen quickly.
