Imagine the outrage among the race hustlers of Black American when - gasp! - its authors were revealed to be WHITE!
In a way, its too funny. I guess stealin' "thug food" is disrespectin' blacks.

I don’t care for the authors’ use of language that would make hardened sailors blush but what the f*ck - to borrow their own expression - does their race have to do with cooking?

I’m not one to hold thugs in esteem but I despise people who ironically enough are more thuggish than those they denounce.

You didn’t post any I could see, so here’s a list of some actual complaints.
Thug is a Hindu word that we picked up from the British; in England it’s regularly applied to white guys, and I’ve used it for white guys myself. I had no idea the word had racial connotations until Ferguson. If “thug” means “black person,” then why do so many ranting racists on the Internet talk about “black thugs” rather than just “thugs”? It may be shifting in that direction, but it’s not there yet for most people.
It’s not even white “racism” that isn’t tolerated,
it’s white indifference that isn’t tolerated.
