They wanted me to send them a copy of my driver’s license, a utility bill, a rent or mortgage check, on and on...it was unbelievable.

I just stopped using them.

eBay CASE # THURSDAY 10/30/2014

- "This probably means you will have to go to your post office to pick up this item. You should call them. I can’t do anything about your PO problems from here. Only you as the addressee can do that . They should be holding it at the post office that delivers your mail. I am sorry you are having a problem.

I have acted in good faith as a seller and sent the grips you won to the address indicated on your Paypal payment.

Beyond this email from me you will have to pursue whatever recourse you seek from Ebay. (I have - including this posting "drisk46" on my new "SCHMIDT LIST")

I will not issue you a refund."

(- the statement of arrogant eBay Seller drisk46 statement on Thursday, October 30, 2014)

- The eBay Seller "drisk46" has received my complete prompt payment in full of $179.00

- (he or she refuses to issue a refund or contact USPS) today, this Thursday, October 30, 2014 -

Ruger XR3 frame first Model Blackhawk and Single-Six STAG grips

Order status: Shipped (but not received)

Paid $179.00 with PAYPAL on Oct 26, 2014 21:18 PDT

Seller has responded and has refused to resolve the problem - the eBay Seller selected the method of shipping and used the USPS as the shipping carrier - he or she has now washed his or her hands of the transaction and will not help resolve the issue.

Please open a case and act now as I have paid $179.00 in full but the Seller now completely refuses to - with over 3000 transaction on eBay the Seller appears to be arrogant and uncaring -

- This should have been the item I picked PayPal's new option : Buy now, Ship, Receive, and PayPal would bill my bank or card 15 DAYS AFTER I RECEIVED THE ITEM -

I buy from Ebay about 3-4 times a year, usually some odd piece of riding stuff for horses. My wife recently bought some plates. We paid the seller for postage ($12), yet they arrived postage due. We refused to pay, so the plates went back.

After a month of hostile emails, the seller said she had refunded our money thru PayPal weeks ago. We pointed out that PayPal showed no refunds, and my 3 transactions in the last 90 days showed a payment TO her and nothing FROM her. We added that it was obviously time to contact Ebay and file a complaint.

The following morning, she refunded the money and sent us an email saying she had refunded the money twice...but PayPal only shows one. Every email we got from her was nasty.

I’ll continue to use Ebay to get odd items not available on Amazon or locally. But it works both ways. I’ve always paid promptly and had excellent service from sellers until this month. I will probably also continue my Ebay practice of never buying anything I cannot afford to be cheated on...

.

- My quick action got results -

- USPS was the culprit, not the eBay Seller or eBay -

- Be aggressive - Take instant action - You can always ask eBay to remove a HARDBALL Feedback -

- My “Stag Grips” will need a small hole drilled to fit over the Colt 1st Gen triggerguard grip locating pins (they were sold as Ruger Stag Grips) and look great on a Colt SAA 1st Gen or a Pietta replica fitted with Uberti (some but not all) SAA style grips - especially as the FEDS have decided to ban Elephant Ivory or Walrus Tusk grips and other items -

- These are quick tough and have loads of white and very little “bark” -

- Oh - Thanks to the Bungle Bunny in the White House for banning ivory and requiring you to prove it is over ????? years old

-

- How ‘bout the idiot “Goofer” grabbing all that (legal) wood from that famous guitar maker - no warrant, not legal basis, the poor guy finally paid a fine to get Obama & Holder to return the LEGAL WOOD used in Gibson Guitars -

- “Maybe A Little Blow” Obama

- “Maybe A Little Blow” Clinton

- “Maybe A Little Blow” Biden Junior

-

- “It’s 3am in Benghazi Hillary - do you know where Bill’s pants are?”
