I would NOT be surprised if the GOP takes the Senate that Harry Reid may just announce his retirement.

For the record, the RAT mascot is a jackass, not a donkey.

Andrew Jackson embraced the moniker, "Andrew Jackass", bestowed upon him by a Republican back in the days when Republicans actually had the balls to fight back against DemocRATS and DemocRATS had a sense of humor.

I've noticed in the past weeks that every---and please, cite a poll that shows differently---poll is trending toward the GOP, including Scott Brown in NH and the VA senate race. Cotton in AR now safe; AK and CO getting there; IA is edging into "safe," and McConnell now has a 3 point lead. Hagin, who was once narrowly safe, is in deep trouble. If the election were today, she might win, but I don't think she can hold on for two more weeks.

Haven't heard much from MI and there is a little concern over SD, but KS seems to be moving Roberts' way.

fieldmarshaldj, what's your take on these two, plus GA?

Yep - it’s like the GOPe is afraid to implement an agenda...

or they don’t actually WANT TO implement an agenda.

I check this every day. I don’t think one site has the answers.

If I was the new Majority Leader in that case, I’d open up several panels into corruption on the part of the former Majority leader and keep them going until the next election was over.

Good chart. However, in most cases this was before the Hagen meltdown, first with her husband's crony capitalism, then with her "debate," and finally with the aggressive new GOP ads. I wouldn't put her at 81% anymore. Closer to tossup, but I could be wrong.

Likewise, I think the debate will badly hurt Shaheen. I just get the sense that people are finally just throwing up their hands at the defenses of Zero.

However, I'll be very happy with a 53 seat Senate, though if we could get NC and NH, then King caucuses with us for 56, it gets interesting. At that point, you have some leverage perhaps on Manchin to switch.

Republican Party was formed in 1854, so someone else hung the tag on Jackson, probably the Whigs

If I were the new majority leader, I would set up two investigative committees:

1. Vote fraud
2. Corrupt and bias media

These committees would hold hearing for the next two years and subpoena everyone who is anyone.

Georgia (born and raised here) is hard to tell now because the local media, national media and every former Carter supporter, Democrat and local nobody Democrat pollsters are in the mix trying to dissuade GOP turnout.

Lots of attempted fraud going on too with local (Atlanta and South) community ‘leaders’ and groups (Democrats) trying to get 86,000 new registrations (they CLAIM, unsupported) have been submitted. The State official responsible for that, Kemp, is holding tough. Much hoopla, DSCC money coming in (abandoned Grimes in KY), and some very lying ads by Michelle Martin-nee’ Nunn.

I personally don’t believe the hype. I already voted - straight R’s down the line holding my nose. However, as they say, “we shall see what we shall see” come election night.

The charts change almost daily to reflect latest polls. Let’s see if the GOP can avoid stepping on it’s own crank in the next two weeks.

I’m fine with that, but I want Harry targeted PERSONALLY. I want everybody in NEVADA to realize he’s been targeted, as well as any appropriations for NEVADA until he’s been OUSTED.

Your concerns are shared by many of us, but we have a chance to take power away from Democrats and we ought to do it.
