Bulicz is a member of the California National Guard. Prosecutors say she submitted fake documents that allowed her to take more than $5,400 worth of paid time off from the Police Department.

I knew another chump, while working in California, who did the same thing. He got caught too. Don’t these idiots realize, if something seems a little stranger to someone, then someone else will start auditing them?
