"For sure we will be given a flashback to understand how that occurred. They prolly eat the big rapist." The big rapist was the guy with the tattoos on his head that Glenn let out of the train car in last week's episode. I guess Gareth and the rest of the Termites liked to keep him around to torture him or something.
