It’s the most horrific contagious disease known.
And that maniac in the White House has deliberately and knowingly released here.
He is a criminal and arch-enemy of America and those who continue to support him and his party are mindless zombies.

I saw on FOX at about 4:30 this afternoon that a plane landed in Boston with about 5 sick people. Not sure where it was from (UAE?), and I haven’t heard a word about it since. Strange

On Fox News?

Well there’s at least these FIVE:

And this one:

And ZERO American Ebola deaths.

I can’t imagine any sane president sending our military to the middle of a highly contagious epidemic

It's an indicator of his total contempt of the front line soldier. And he has the GALL to act like he took us out of Iraq over the safety of our soldiers!!

the progressives think a lower population can have a higher standard of living ... It is an elitist view. There are too many of us. Of course Obama may think only the white population needs lowering

"I know this sounds odd but I really think Obama wants Americans to get Ebola. He doesn’t think it is fair that Africans have it and Americans don’t.

I can’t imagine any sane president sending our military to the middle of a highly contagious epidemic."

I believe you're absolutely right!

Influenza much more communicable in a room with a sick patient -- no comparison. Half of Dallas would be sick with Ebola by now if it were communicable like flu.

I take your point, but a lot of the reassurance from the CDC seems to be based on the fact that Ebola is not an airborne virus. But influenza isn't spread solely by airborne droplets of mucus from people sneezing. Touch a surface infected by a flu sufferer's mucus and you can carry the virus to your own nose or mouth. And as far as I can see, Ebola can be spread in exactly the same way.

If this is the case, I'm not reassured - all it takes is for the people in your hypothetical room to touch a door knob, a drinking fountain, a pen, a TV remote that has been handled by the Ebola sufferer while he has some bodily secretions on his hands. The fact that Ebola sufferers are subject to bleeding - e.g. nosebleeds, internal bleeding resulting in vomiting - means mucus isn't the only possible source of infection, either.

“P.S. Where’s Duncan’s family??”

Well, I really don’t know...

I think they were put (incommunicado) after all the hoopla over the hospital and their subsequent accusations...

If I had to venture a guess, I would say that they are still being monitored, until their 21 days are up..just a few more days and that they are staying with a benefactor. (who I cannot possibly know)

So no....I don’t have a clue where they are.

How worried someone is or sin’t really does not matter. Prudently addressing real cases and preventing new cases is all that matters.

The left obsesses over feelings. That’s why they focus more on reaction and feelings than on facts. There will always be a wide range of reactions to various threats — different personalities and experiences — and so what? As long as feelings do not cause criminal actions it really makes no difference whatsoever. See a priest or a pastor or a counselor or a psychologist about your feelings. Government and health officials should focus only on real cases and the prevention of real cases. The media should focus on facts. When they try to shape facts to produce or minimize reactions they wrongly write themselves into the story.
