A customer at a Leicester branch of KFC has said he was “shocked” when he was refused a hand-wipe as it might offend other restaurant-goers. Graham Noakes, 41, said he was astonished when staff at the fast food chain’s outlet in St George’s retail park refused to give him a hand-wipe because it was against its Halal policy. (more here) Staff said this was because the wipes are soaked in an alcohol-infused liquid. Alcohol is forbidden in the Muslim Holy book, the Quran. This is dhimmitude and submission on steroids. Of course, the leader of the Muslim community advised of the potential for “backlash” and “islamophobia.” *crack that whip!*

I'd like for any muslim FReepers (rare though they may be) to articulate why the rest of society must do away with alcohol-based hand wipes, just because they are haram (forbidden) for muslims to use.

One way to spread sharia law and islam is to go splodeynanas ballistic whenever you see something not halal or compliant with sharia.
So they express rage just seeing you wiping chicken grease off your fingers, they don’t have to do it themselves to be offended.
You get people to comply with islam in little steps, each step getting more power, eventually each step generates more fear that someone will cut your head off for saying or doing something that islam does not like.
Look up “islamic rage boy” or “Shakeel Ahmad Bhat” pictures or videos, you’ll see that they like to get howling rage street demonstrations going over anything at all.

Easy fix. Just don’t let ragheads suck the liquid from the wipes. Then bring them two thousand years forward from where they live and introduce them to the twenty-first century.
