I doubt that the cup contains coffee. It's clearly evident that hussein is detached from reality. His rambling speeches with poor syntax and disjointed words are indicative of an individual high on illicit drugs or under the constant influence of alcoholic depressants. As is the case with Hitlery, it's certain that hussien is a walking (often stumbling) drunk. High octane whiskey or vodka is what's likely in that cup.

Protocol would require the C in C actually stand at attention and give the Salute of Respect due the uniform. A walking salute is an insult.

As a Vet I can say the returned Salute is as important as the one given. No matter what is on your sleeve you still command respect and in your heart feel you are a member of the most powerful Military presence on the face of the earth!
