Yep, it’s actually pretty dated.
Ceramic Tile counters in the kitchen and bath? Dark pine paneling on the walls... hello! the 1970’s called and they want their style back!

Just saw this lib hypocrite interviewed yesterday as part of the Global Warming conference. A
real reporter asked him if he planned on altering his life style and carbon footprint whereupon he got really PO'ed at her, probably because the MSM usually throw fluff balls at him. Seems to me he doesn't practice what he preaches...ahhh, the true Liberal: Do what I say, not what I do.

a recording studio is nothing but a room with insulation in the walls and maybe a piece or 2 of thick glass. Big whoop!
And that treehouse... looks like it’s about to fall apart.
The whole place is a dump, except the pool area

How does he live with the fact that he inherited so much money that he has never had to work for a living? Does he feel he is American Royalty because he is a Kennedy? Does he feel he is American Royalty because he doesn’t have to work for a living?
To: C19fan
I wonder how much energy that place uses?

Looks like this Librocrite needs to give up more than just his phone.

Isn’t that the truth? That tile in the kitchen and bath is so old it reminds me of the tile in the house I grew up in! lol The lot is pretty and the view is really nice - but other than that it is a tear down and rebuild.

I agree. My guess is the lot is probably worth 5 million even if it were just grass.
Because that house stinks (except the pool area)

LOL, that’s it! It just did not appeal to me, most especially for 5 million dollars.

The Kalifornia infection in Austin is running wild. I have seen a 2,500 sq. ft. house on a 1/4 acre here that goes for around $400,000 go for about $200,000 on 30 acres if you look in east Texas or rural north Texas.

Well apparently he’s already cheating on her so its a typical Kennedy marriage.

Liberals really are dumb. For that money I could buy 26,903, places just like mine or I could buy about 555,555 acres of prime farm land.

My next-door neighbors have a pool almost exactly like that, except theirs is oval. The little waterfall at the end is identical.

I was thinking the same thing. Heck even we have granite in the kitchen and bathrooms and stainless steel everywhere.

A relative of mine recently sold a modest 1950’s ranch near the heart of Austin in Highland Park West (that when it was built was WAY outside of town) for a cool million.
Prices in Austin are insane.
