Many of the Yazidi Tribe in Iraq look that way, swarthy, olive skin with green or blue eyes. At least the Yazidis that remain after the mountaintop slaughter this summer.
I think the fact that hunter gathers tended to be about 6’7 and built like wrestlers would have made them stand out more.

My father’s entire family had dark skin and blue eyes! Going back to my great grandmother Mary Ann Burch Hargrove. Tall statuesque woman, blue eyes, dark skin, wore her jet black hair pulled back in a chignon bun, smoked a pipe, played accordian. Died after having 8 kids. She was 1/2 Cherokee.
There are two very handsome young black guys who work at Hobby Lobby in Ontario California area, with the bluest eyes ever. Not dark blue. Crystal blue. Dark skin, black hair, strinking in looks!

Oh I knew one you would think was gorgeous. She had an ususual shade of red hair, kind of a rust color and her brown eyes were the same color. She was very beautiful and when she was in a room all eyes were on her.

Tribes fighting tribes for food and territory; winners killed the men and took the women. This has always been the pattern, in all of history and today i.e. German & Japanese wives from WWII, Korean brides, Vietnamese brides for victorious young warriors.
The differing physical features are simply additions to the tribal gene pools.
My 2nd wife had red-hair and green eyes. She was attractive but, mean.
Aside from that I have a genetic preference for Green Eyed Red Heads.
