The company that produced “America’s Best” beer in 1893 will now be Russian-owned
Russian firm Oasis Beverages announced this week that it will be acquiring famed American brewery Pabst Blue Ribbon — 170 years after the company was first established in Milwaukee.

American owned and operated companies are so last century. We are supposed to be a “diverse” and “inclusive” economy now.

Changing the formula for Schlitz is one of the all time worst decisions by any American company. They never recovered.

That’s a shame. The founder of the company was a great lakes freighter captain before he founded the company, and I believe there’s still a freighter out there named after him.

After spending a couple grand a month on a closet sized apartment in NYC or SF, PBR is the only beer those hipsters can afford.

If you’re lucky, maybe the industry you work in will be bought out by a foreign interest too. Not that it matters much, seeing as how you will be replaced by a foreign national, and you will yet again have to seek employment elsewhere, or starve. And people wonder what the railroads did with all of those cattle cars they no longer use. Those cattle cars are in storage in the upper midwest, waiting to be filled, but not with cattle.
That is what the government and their cronies want, and that is what they’ll get. The “people” have no say in the matter anymore, unless they stand up and fight for the Constitution.
