Sadie Robertson born June 17, 1997 is a reality television star on the A&E show Duck Dynasty. She is the granddaughter of Phil Robertson, founder of Duck Commander. Her parents are Korie Howard Robertson and Willie Robertson, the company's current CEO. She is the younger sister of John Luke Robertson. She was announced as one of the celebrities that will compete on the 19th season of Dancing with the Stars.(video)

When I saw Sadie, all I could think of was ‘Vegas showgirl’. She is very poised and carries herself like a dignified woman. I still have the hots for Cheryl Burke though. LOL
Missed it. Watched “Roosevelt” instead. Got the last dance though - it was pretty good.
Considering Sadie had never danced outside of her bedroom, she was pretty good, and I think she’ll go far on the show. Especially with the conservative fan base voting for her. I think Alfonso Ribeiro will win, though.

When Bristol Palin was on DWTS she too was pretty darned good for someone who had never danced before.

I thought Sadie had a great first dance. I watched her footwork and with a couple of small errors, she looked like a seasoned pro. Mark Ballas isn’t a slouch either. I figured Sadie would be ok but she was a surprise. She’ll be one to watch. There are four, including Sadie, that were early favorites. Antonio Sabato, Jr., Alphonso Ribiero, Bethany Mota all were early favorites.
Dancin’ with the stars has always seemed pretty gay to me.... Just sayin’.
I knew the poise you were writing of... and even though dancing with the stars is not my thing... and I had no clue who Sadie was other than being DD family (which I don’t watch either... no TV)... I watch this clip. The judges and yourself were spot on... great posture and control and the one judge nailed it talking about how she places her feet. Plus she has the cutest dimples and sparkly eyes...
“Tell Mom and Dad it’s the SAFE way to break and pop.” LOL, too funny! He was cute as a kid, though.
I loved seeing the sour looks on the faces of (I assume) liberals in the audience as she was praised.

I thought it was supposed to be for celebrities. If they didn’t have some truly talented people competing, it wouldn’t be much fun. The celebrities know going in how much of a chance they have to get to the end. It’s just fun for them.
IMO Tavis Smiley danced like a robot.
