Your reply + the next two ( at least, says it all ).
Road Rage Event which should be handled as it would be in the general population... Same as Road Racing in the general public, which happens all too often... The one that lives, pays a price..
Are you really comparing the case of an auto accident resulting in death, with a partisan political fight that goes back to Tom DeLay and the Texas reapportionment of 2000 where the entire state Democrat caucus fled the state to avoid a vote?

People want blood. Somebody must pay. Doesn’t matter if Darwin was the real killer.
Wrong
My $0.02: I’m not a Tony Stewart fan, but I do like him. I am an auto racing fan. I doubt he purposely intended to hurt the kid. I don’t know if he used poor judgment. I have no idea how this will turn out. I do hope he is not indicted.
I think you are exaggerating for hyperbole sake.

Another corrupt prosecutor looking for a headline.
I asked you first ah.
I don’t and neither do you. And that is the point.
But apparently there is something like a gesture Stewart made before
he hit that kid or Stewarts story does not jive with the enhanced video.
After the wreck, a yellow flag was out. Do you know what a yellow flag
means? It means slow down. Something Stewart did not do.
Premeditated murder!
What mob?
95% of America does not even know who Stewart is.
Oh, for pete's sake. It's after 5:00 so I guess I'll write your response off to alcohol consumption.
You should learn to read better.
Nowhere in my post have I said that.
The fact is the enhanced video shows something different that Stewarts
story. A grand jury will determine if a crime was committed and indict
or not indict.
It is that simple.
“I know nothing about racing or any of the drivers.”
‘Fat-Boy-Stewart’ has ‘run around the track’ at other events. ;-)
He’s also threatened other drivers before.
“If the kid had stayed put like he should have nothing would have ever happened.”
I beg to disagree. ‘Something’ DID happen. On the previous lap, “Fat-Boy” ran the young man’s vehicle into the wall.
Fatal mistake.
“Hes also threatened other drivers before.”
Yes, I know. ;-)
What turned me off of ‘Fat-Boy’ was a race several years ago when he purposefully and willfully ran Truex off the track who then wrecked into Carl Edwards.
He bragged about it after the race and said, arrogantly, paraphrased, “Well these rookies have to learn to give us veterans a lot of berth on the track.”
The videos released show other drivers slowing down and managing to avoid mowing anybody down. Why is that?
...
Because the hot headed Kevin Ward wasn’t running right up to within inches of their cars.
I beg to disagree. Something DID happen. On the previous lap, Fat-Boy ran the young mans vehicle into the wall.
...
Kevin Ward was in Stewart’s blind spot coming out of the turn. The accident was Ward’s fault.
The driver immediately preceding Stewart shown in released video managed to slow and swerve away from Ward, in the same supposedly dark spot on the track, same angle coming into the curve so that driver had the same supposedly blind spot inside the car. Evidently it was not a factor, because the other driver clearly saw Ward.
