ISIS/ISIL certainly are responsible for their share of barbaric beheadings, but the Saudis are the real champs. Listening to Beck this morning put me in mind of reading the Saudi English-language dailies back in the day. Each Friday the Saudi Interior Ministry published what we whimsically called “The Decap Recap.” They had a list of all the beheadees, and they were usually foreigners. They were executed usually for murder of a Saudi citizen.
