I would rather have some vets treat me as some doctors.
Think about it they have to diagnose patients who can not tell them what is going on and for the most part do a very good job.
My cat had ACL surgery and think about the surgeon who did that and the size of the animal versus the size of a human.
The cat recovered fully and has had a good life since then.
