I never said anything about it being excusable.
It’s also not criminal.

I don’t know about prison, but she should face some negative consequences. My impression was that your comment was invoking empathy for her.

Well I’m not really sure how this should be handled in any “Official” capacity.
And I do have some empathy for her given that kids do stupid things and some of those stupid things are really off the chart.
That’s not an excuse or me condoning what she did.
