Just guessing, but the advance notice might be so people, believing the top is going to be blown off, might have the confidence to start talking to the police to cover their own derreires .
Why would the British police raid Congress?
the article talks about British police going after child rapist, where would you find more gathered together in one place than in the halls of Congress, the Body Politic in Washington?
No sarcasm, no joking, a simple statement of fact, our government is made up of child raping pigs.
