He is already going to a “wedding” between 2 men so why not attend a “wedding” for George Clooney to his “beard” who just happens to be a lawyer for terrorists in Libya and elsewhere.
Or the Margaret Thatcher funeral.
Obama’s electoral success has always been based on using the entertainment obsession of low-info and short attention-span Americans to appear as the ultimate celebrity - a political one.
Appearing at Clooney’s wedding may be unserious and vapid, but its worked for Obama many times in the past.
His marriage to the high-powered lawyer lady is just one step in the ongoing enhancement of his resume.
Clooney and Obama cavorting at the wedding reception along with their two bearded ladies will be a sight to behold.
