WEST POINT, Miss. -- West Point police said a man received life-threatening injuries in what they are investigating as an aggravated assault at a restaurant.
Ralph Weems IV, who was injured early Saturday, was in fair condition Sunday at North Mississippi Medical Center, hospital spokeswoman Genie Causey said without elaborating.
A relative, Bradley Barnes of Madison, told The Associated Press by telephone on Sunday that his brother-in-law was in a medically induced coma following brain surgery. "They're going to try and wake him up tomorrow and see what damage was done," Barnes said, describing Weems as a 32-year-old former Marine who had served in Iraq

What the hell has to happen before a black can commit a hate crime? There is no doubt that if it had been 20 white guys beating up one black guy, Obama would have already dispatched Holder to the scene to press federal hate crime charges.
Jarvis complains about everything. When they didn’t shoot an armed white suspect he complained it was racism. Even after an armed black suspect wasn’t shot at an earlier robbery.

Well I’ll just say I handled the neighborhood issue with the section 8 house, and the freeloaders across the street here Sat. afternoon......and the street has been quiet ever since!
I was polite but very firm, and with pen and pad in hand....just as a prop. When I finished telling them this is not the ‘Hood” and they weren’t going to make it into one etc. etc. etc........I then proceeded to tell them what was going to happen if the behavior etc. didn’t stop.
I would not be calling the police...I would be contacting my
“Military” sons, with special military clearances, and warned them they did not want to meet with them and their friends.

Certainly it was all about race, but to the point where the guys who got thumped either didn’t consider that race was a problem, or that they were too important to get thumped.

that’s how libs manipulate hate crime stats. They say no crimes against whites are hate crimes and every crime against blacks is.
According to David Horowitz a white person is 25 times more likely to be a victim of a violent crime by a black person than vice versa. So if we’re really judging who is more likely to hate who, then that should settle it.
These men really ought not encourage a response.

Assuming that a reasonable distance from where you live there is “a bad part of town”, not an unrealistic scenario, if you were to go there while drunk and get into arguments with people, would it be your fault if somebody attacked you?
Granted, just about to walk into a rough bar, and somebody advises you to not go in there, because it has a “rough crowd” who are in a bad mood; but you go in anyway. Would it be your fault?
