Liberal activists work? Oh that’s funny....
Would be funny as hell if it melted down to about a 10x10 area, and a Polar Bear decided to join him for dinner.
Dammit, and I just happen to be out of popcorn!!!!
> He’s a professional adventurer.
Translation. He doesn’t want to work for a living so he gets grants to set time to gather anything that resembles evidence of GLOBAL climate change by observing and making notes on one very small part of the world...yeah sure...
Leni
He’ll have satellite internet, two-way radios, lots of food, and the latest in high-tech camping/survival gear made with big bad petroleum. Ping me when he tries the same stunt with only a bear skin and a knife.
Question: How are icebergs like the island of Guam?
Answer: If there are too many people, they can overturn.
The heat from his body and camping stove will melt the iceberg even faster. All the sponsors banners will soak up the heat from the sun. He is doomed.
I will be laughing heartily when it turn out he becomes a human popsicle.
Was just about to post the same brilliant rhetorical question - glad I checked your post first.
Show off!!!!!!
LOL!
I gots some!
This doesn’t sound like it’s going to end well.
The man is certifiable. He should be in an insane asylum (yes, I know they don’t exist anymore) Arctic Icebergs are pieces of Greenland glaciers which “calve” or break off from the glaciers. As such, they don’t have structural integrity (imagine a bunch of large ice cubes stuck together). Large chunks fall off as the deteriorate. And the word is deteoriate, not melt. They also generally deteoriate relatively quickly as they drift south. Rarely do they last a year.
There is one Greenland glacier on the extreme northwestern coast which produces tabular icebergs which drift in the Arctic Ocean, and they will last for years if they are large enough.
perhaps seeking employment rather than publicity would improve his chances for success in the future. Running marathons may be good for your weight and health, but it has no effect on the climate whatsoever.
the Chrysler corp. has money to waste on nonsense like this??????
Funny, but a tragedy nonetheless.
Time to watch “SOS Eisberg” again.
Why wait so long? Go for it. Set up camp tomorrow.
