According to the suit, Nizewitz signed on to the show before it had a name. She claims she was advised of the nudity, but was assured that all frontal and genital nudity would be blurred. During one brief moment, though, during a "wrestling takedown" of her date, her crotch was allegedly flashed on the screen without blurring.

This lawsuit is nothing more than a publicity stunt. And unfortunately it’s working.

Well, in fairness to her, they DID assure her this wouldn’t happen. But yes, nobody should appear on those kinds of dumb shows.

OK, the actors, cameramen, director, producer, electricians, editors, craft services, and dozens of other people hanging around the shoot can see her stuff but absolutely no one else.
