Okay, Whovians, your long wait is over.
On August 23, BBC America will broadcast the first episode of the new season of the classic science fiction show, “Doctor Who.” It will introduce Peter Capaldi, 56, as the latest incarnation of the Doctor.

I started watching it from Netflix season one, and it was pretty good, the one with the killer mannequins. I heard the 2nd season is better but I want to watch all of them.

In this case, he sports a Scottish accent, he dresses mostly in black, and he (Capaldi) has said that this new incarnation of The Doctor “isn’t that nice”. Not to say he’s evil, he just doesn’t feel the need to be all ‘nicey-nicey’ to everyone.
Oh...and the Master returns this season!

A popular choice for some of the crowd on who the new Dr should be when they selected the new one was Rupert Grint, best known as Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter films. Some also wanted a black doctor which I wouldn’t have minded but those who were behind the idea would give no names of actors who could pull it off. Some camps also suggested a woman doctor but that would have ended it for me.
